Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 9am-5pm
We accept all major credit and debit cards. These are processed via our payment gateway (stripe). We also accept Apple Pay and Android Pay.
Delivery can take between 3-5 working days.
If you live close-by to one of our stores, this can be much faster.
Please call your nearest store to enquire.
If you require your order be sent via a faster method, please contact info@alanspetshop.co.uk before ordering to arrange this.
Ours website uses SSL certificates to encrypt all payment and account data. We never use your details to upsell/spam. We also do not sell any data to third parties.
Your order will be picked-up by one of our friendly team members who will package everything-up and get it ready to post. If you have ordered Click & Collect, you should receive a call or email to let you know its ready.
If you don’t, please call your nearest store and we can arrange this.
Upon placing an order, you will be emailed an order confirmation to the email address you have provided.
If you do not, please check your Junk, Spam or “Other mail” folders.
Should you require another copy, please contact us and we can get this sent across to you.
